Terms of use
Updated 7 October 2026
The rules everyone agrees to when they join Pit Crew. This is the same text you see in the app.
What Pit Crew is
A free app for music gigs and festivals: pick your artists, see their gigs, and plan with friends. It makes no money: no ads, no tips, nothing to buy.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or over. Under-18s get safer settings that can't be switched off: a private profile, and friend requests only from friends of friends.
Be decent
No bullying, threats, hate, or anything sexual involving under-18s. No pretending to be someone else, and no spam. Music gigs and festivals only.
No selling tickets
Pit Crew links to official ticket sellers. Selling or swapping tickets through the app is not allowed.
If something goes wrong
We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules. Gig details come from ticket sellers, so always check the seller before you travel.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It removes your data for good, unless the Pit Crew team is still dealing with a report about you (see the privacy notice).
